Terms & Policies

RESERVATION POLICy:

Please register for your studio class as soon as you know that you will definitely be able to attend, minimum 1 hour before the class time. If you need to remove your attendance from a class, this must be done minimum 2 hours before the class to avoid being charged for the class.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In case of a Winter storm, please check our website for a Class Cancellation announcement about 1 hour prior to class time before heading over to the studio.

We require a minimum of 2 people to teach a class or the class will be cancelled. If we cancel a class, the class will be returned to your account/profile.

REfund POLICY:

ALL purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions. This is a standard policy for Yoga Studios. We are a small business and appreciate your understanding.

In the rare circumstance where you have paid for a Teacher Training or Workshop, and WE cancel the program, the program will either be rescheduled OR you will be refunded.

CHECK-IN:

We appreciate if you check-in for your classes online through our convenient Class Schedule.

If you have signed up for a Livestream/Online class, the zoom link will be sent to you automatically by our system shortly after you register for it. If you have not received an email with the link, please email us at least 2 hours before.

For In-Person classes, the studio opens 15 minutes before the scheduled class time. We have plenty of parking available at our country location.
